40,000-60,000+ (Uncapped commission)

Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Alternate Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm (day off in lieu)

You'll be part of a well-established estate agency network, providing expert

mortgage and protection advice

What You'll Be Great At

Connecting with people:

Confident communicating by phone, email, face-to-face, and even on camera for social media content.

Managing priorities:

Skilled at handling multiple tasks, leads, and client relationships.

Building relationships:

Regularly engaging with vendors, buyers, and developers to create new opportunities.

Collaboration:

Working closely with colleagues across branches to maximise referrals and conversions.

Taking ownership:

Driving your KPIs, generating new leads, and nurturing existing clients proactively.

Being camera-ready:

Comfortable creating video content to engage and attract clients online.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and grow your

own client base

while maximising in-branch opportunities. Follow up on

warm leads

provided by the estate agency team and convert them into new business. Work closely with admin, compliance, and training teams to ensure a smooth, compliant customer journey. Deliver

exceptional customer service

from initial contact to mortgage completion. Stay up-to-date with the

latest mortgage products

, lender criteria, and protection offerings.

Requirements

CeMAP qualification

(or equivalent) is

essential

(Trainee applicants considered if you have passed

CeMAP 1

) Strong customer service and communication skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or performance targets Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven Full UK driving licence
