Trainee Mortgage Advisor - CeMAP 1 Completed or In Progress

Ramsgate

Basic Salary:

26,000

OTE:

45,000 - 60,000 (uncapped)

Schedule:

5 days per week (including some Saturdays - typically 1-2 off per month)

Driving:

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred

About the Role

We're looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals who have

already started or completed their CeMAP 1 qualification

and are ready to take the next step towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor.

You'll work closely with experienced advisors and estate agency partners to provide outstanding service, helping clients secure the right mortgage and protection products for their needs while building a rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

Meet clients face-to-face and virtually to provide tailored mortgage and protection advice. Source mortgage products from the whole market to find the most suitable deals. Recommend and sell protection products from leading providers such as Legal & General. Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to convert warm leads and generate new business. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Stay informed on lender criteria, compliance requirements, and new financial products. Achieve and exceed individual and team targets through excellent service and performance.

What We're Looking For

CeMAP 1 qualified or currently studying towards full CeMAP certification.

Proven success in sales, customer service, or other target-driven environments. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Motivated, ambitious, and committed to a long-term career in financial services. Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred. A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
