to join our team on a part-time basis, Monday-Friday, 9:00am- 3:00pm. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to our advisers, ensuring the smooth running of mortgage and protection applications from start to finish. You'll liaise with clients and third parties -- including solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and insurers -- to keep cases progressing efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, maintaining professionalism and accuracy at all times.
Communicate clearly and effectively in all correspondence and interactions.
Manage general administrative duties -- answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining organised records and databases.
Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for advisers and management.
Plan and prioritise workloads independently, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Record all activity related to client applications and ensure compliance procedures are followed.
Support advisers in progressing mortgage and protection applications through to completion.
Keep advisers and the principal informed on the progress of each case.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Confident with numbers and basic calculations.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
Proficient in using business systems and software applications.
Capable of managing relationships and negotiating to ensure positive client outcomes.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential -- full training can be provided.
