For more information about Landbay please visit our website: https://landbay.co.uk/about-us The role Document Management, saving and assigning forms and documents to cases Performing administrative checks on applications to prepare the case for underwriters Progressing cases when administration points completed Conducting ID checks when referred via IDverse Updating Customer cases when information received from Brokers/solicitors/conveyancers Check company application details Conduct and update credit searches Monitor inboxes for new case information Carry out adhoc administrative tasks as required Must positively role model in line with Landbay behaviours Skills & Experience Essential Candidate must have the following skills: Good communication skills Good project and time management skills The ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities sometimes change at short notice The ability to work under pressure to deadlines and complete tasks within SLAs You must be comfortable working as a member of a team as well as on your own You must be committed, enthusiastic and flexible You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office You must have good organisation skills A good sense of humour Desired Nice to have but not essential: Basic knowledge of the mortgage process Basic knowledge of the conveyancing process Location & Logistics Position is based in Victoria, central London, reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader The Application Process If you are successful and shortlisted for the role, there will be a HR screening followed by a 2 stage interview process with the hiring manager and wider team.
