We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Garage & MOT Centre Manager

to join our expanding multi-branch business in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of a busy MOT & service centre (Class 4 & 7). Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 fitters/technicians. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Oversee MOT testing, servicing, mechanical repairs, and tyre fitting. Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations. Support staff training and development. Handle administration, bookings, and reporting using our internal systems (full training provided).
Requirements:

Proven experience in a garage, MOT centre, or automotive management role. Strong knowledge of MOT, servicing, repairs, and tyres. Valid UK driving licence. Excellent leadership and staff management skills. Strong communication, reading, and writing abilities. Customer-focused with a professional and approachable attitude. Willingness to attend training and courses to further develop skills.
