Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the UK, In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting existing customers with their renewal, adjustments and general cusotmer service enquiries. Your empathetic approach and strong communication skills will be key to upholding our commitment to high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls where customers are looking to renewal their cover over the phone, cusotmer queries and cover adjustments.
Accurately receive and input customer details into our management software.
Understand membership wordings and customer benefits to provide timely advice.
Process renewal reports and customer payments.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Basic computer skills, including data entry proficiency.
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
