Summary



We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Bertram Retail Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce business by managing the customer services. In addition to this, as part of our wholesale operations, you will be managing customer accounts and liaising with our sales reps.

Responsibilities



Printing and processing e-commerce and wholesale orders. Handle all in-coming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette. Answer customer queries and customer service messages via email for the e-commerce operations. Handle the customer services for the wholesale business. Inputting wholesale invoices and chasing outstanding payments where required. Dealing with applications for wholesale accounts. Booking in deliveries from suppliers. Booking collections of wholesale orders with courier companies. Reporting missing/damaged items in deliveries from suppliers. Update product details and pricing, using our stock management system Linnworks. Contacting new suppliers, where necessary, to open buying accounts. When required, assisting with picking and packing e-commerce orders.

Requirements



Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Proven experience with business emails, telephone, and customer services. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Xero Bookkeeping software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Ability to work solo is essential. Ability to master new software systems is essential.
