Motor Claims Administrator & Handler
Job Description
Optima Claims specialises in working with commercial insurance brokers and insurance companies to help business road users get back on the road following road traffic collisions.
Due to expansion, we are looking for additional people to join our team, with the successful candidates receiving full training and getting the opportunity to flourish within a vibrant and ambitious business.
Main responsibilities include:
Acting as first line of support to our clients following road traffic incidents
Speaking to customers and their representatives
Liaising with our suppliers and insurance companies
Successful candidates will:
Have good customer service skills
Be strong communicators
Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
The successful candidate will receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. They will also be enrolled in our company bonus scheme after 3 months.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20,000.00-28,000.00 per year
