, you'll be the first point of contact for clients involved in road traffic accidents. You'll gather key details, speak with insurers and third parties, and help determine fault, all while delivering exceptional customer service. When it's a non fault accident, you'll arrange replacement vehicles and repairs, making a stressful situation easier for our clients.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service from the very first call Record and progress claims with accuracy and professionalism Speak with clients, insurers, witnesses, and third parties Manage your workload confidently in a busy environment Keep your team leader updated on any issues or developments

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication Customer focused mindset with a natural ability to build rapport Enthusiastic, motivated, and organised Strong time management skills Confident using computers and Microsoft applications Experience in insurance or call centre roles is a bonus, but not essential
