We are seeking a candidate to handle our claims processing. We need someone who can offer a one stop solution for our immediate needs. We offer our customers an alternative vehicle whilst they are off the road due to an accident. As our business is expanding we need someone who can take on board our business mission and ethos. You will be required to familiarise yourself quickly and adapt to the new environment.
Duties
Maintaining front office duties
Meeting and greeting customers
Preparing documents
Checking in & out vehicle
Carrying out request from management as needed
Ensuring all stationary and office trays are topped up
Liaising with Solicitors & Insurance companies
Answering telephone calls
Liaising with potential customers
Taking down new claims
Setting up files
Writing correspondence
Client file handling
FNOL Experience required
Recovering Credit Hire invoices
Qualifications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to claims processing.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
