Summary

We are seeking several paralegals and a solicitor to join our dynamic Motoring Defence team Chris Rudd Solicitors. This role will involve managing a diverse caseload while providing expert legal advice to clients in various matters. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence in legal services.

There is a minimum requirement for applicants, and you must be able to comply with one of the following:

You are a qualified legal professional, or You have a Law Degree, or You are an experienced paralegal

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of motoring defence matters Provide clear and effective legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are prioritized. Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate case progression. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed guidance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

We will be recruiting at least one solicitor as well as experienced paralegals. However we may also recruit some paralegals without experience in motoring defence who have a strong ambition to train for a career in motoring defence law Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in IT applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate

Pay: 24,000.00-50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
