Motorcycle Parts Advisor

, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers and workshop team receive the right parts, accessories, and rider wear-whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through our growing e-commerce platform.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle the majority of motorcycle parts, accessory, and rider wear enquiries Support our e-commerce operations, ensuring accurate listings and smooth order processing Deliver exceptional customer service across all platforms Share responsibility for car parts enquiries and support as needed Work closely with the workshop and sales departments to coordinate parts supply Maintain and update parts stock systems

What We're Looking For:

A passion for motorcycles and knowledge of parts and accessories Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar customer-facing role (motor trade experience ideal) Great communication and organisational skills Confidence with IT and online sales platforms A team player with a proactive approach
