The company is an industry leader in a specialist field with extensive experience and a well established reputation, producing a range of bespoke and standard RF antenna products ranging from large volume products for global companies to small volume custom work for highly specific applications. The company manufactures products for a diverse range of industries and market sectors including public safety, defence, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, construction and consumer goods.

The Role

The Moulding Team Lead will be based in our Wandsworth Factory and report to the Production Manager and Process Engineer Production Support services Team Leader. They will work closely with the Quality, Warehousing, Production Planning and HR Teams.

Job responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

:
Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve optimal performance

Quality Control

:
Ensuring high standards of quality and safety are consistently met, including compliance with ISO standards

Operational Efficiency

:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring output targets are efficiently achieved

Training and Development

:
Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to team members

Problem-Solving

:
The ability to trouble-shoot problems on the assembly line and implementing solutions & recommendations quickly

Communication Skills

:
Clearly conveying instructions, providing constructive feedback, and ensure alignment with production goals.

Job requirements.

Knowledge of the injection Moulding process. Interested in understanding technical aspects of the business Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines Excellent time and task management, communication and team working skills. Good report skills, with excellent written & spoken English.
