Your Mission

Capture the action. You'll be responsible for

filming, editing and producing content

across social and advertising channels, showing the behind-the-scenes energy and professionalism of Move Brothers in real-time.

You'll also have the opportunity to create

studio-based content

, conducting interviews with creatives, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders -- helping us tell stories that inspire, educate, and entertain our audience.

Day-to-Day

Be on-site during moves, filming

behind-the-scenes footage

and key moments. Shoot content in our

in-house studio

, including interviews and creative segments. Edit and produce videos for

Instagram, YouTube and paid social ads

. Collaborate with our Managing Director to create

on-brand, engaging content

that drives audience growth. Plan creative shoots and storyboards to bring the Move Brothers story to life. Manage and organise raw footage and assets efficiently. Optimise content for social performance and engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced in

filming and editing social media content

. Skilled in

Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar

. Knows what performs on

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and paid social ads

. Creative, energetic, and able to

turn real-world operations into engaging content

. Comfortable working

on-site during moves

and in a

studio environment

. Self-starter who can manage

projects end-to-end

from filming to final edits. Excited to

interview creatives and entrepreneurs

, adding variety and storytelling depth to content.

What Success Looks Like

Within 3-6 months, consistently delivering

high-quality, engaging content

that grows followers, engagement and brand awareness. Able to produce

content that performs across organic and paid campaigns

, reflecting the premium Move Brothers brand. Builds a library of reusable assets for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.

Location

Glasgow, G3 7QL -- on-site filming during moves and studio shoots. Travel to client locations within the region as needed.
