Job Description

About Us

We are a family-run and owned removals, international shipping, and storage company operating across East and West Sussex. As part of the UK's largest moving company--a co-operative made up of family-run, independent businesses nationwide--we take pride in delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. Our mission is simple: to make every move stress-free for our customers while maintaining a friendly, supportive, and professional work environment.

About The Role

We are looking for a

If you have previous experience in removals, that's great--but it's not essential. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.

, such as trade assistants and parking authorities, to ensure all logistics run smoothly. Maintain and update our internal

CRM system (MoveMan)

throughout the customer journey. Manage

storage accounts

- setting up new accounts, ensuring payments are up to date, and closing accounts when clients move out. Be a

point of contact for self-storage clients

, ensuring they receive timely and professional support.

Handle complaints, insurance claims, and post-move aftercare

, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly, fairly, and with empathy.

Ideal Candidate
