About The Role
We are looking for a
dedicated, empathetic, and customer-focused Move Coordinator
to oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential and commercial relocations. This role is central to ensuring our clients receive outstanding service at every stage of their journey--from first enquiry to move completion and beyond.
You'll act as the
main point of contact
for customers, handling their enquiries, supporting them throughout the moving process, and managing any issues or complaints with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
If you have previous experience in removals, that's great--but it's not essential. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for customers throughout their moving journey.
Provide
exceptional customer service
via phone, email, and in person.
Manage customer enquiries
, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
Book and coordinate
surveyor appointments
and liaise with the operations team regarding schedules and logistics.
Provide advice and guidance
to clients to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving process.
Liaise with
third parties
, such as trade assistants and parking authorities, to ensure all logistics run smoothly.
Maintain and update our internal
CRM system (MoveMan)
throughout the customer journey.
Manage
storage accounts
- setting up new accounts, ensuring payments are up to date, and closing accounts when clients move out.
Be a
point of contact for self-storage clients
, ensuring they receive timely and professional support.
Handle complaints, insurance claims, and post-move aftercare
, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly, fairly, and with empathy.
