As a coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass supporting the MRO Team in supervising aircraft component repairs carried out by approved suppliers, optimising inventory availability, and cost minimisation efforts. Your pivotal role will extend to supplier management, guaranteeing timely deliveries and upholding high service standards, all in harmony with the demands of our internal and external customers.

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:



Liaise and build successful relationships with designated suppliers Raise repair orders on approved suppliers in accordance with existing procedures Process quote approvals within approval limits Expedite and report on open orders to effectively achieve required delivery and service levels Ensure excellent Internal & external customer support is provided & MRO customers have all relevant data concerning repair & overhaul requirements

Requirements:



Experience in an administrative role gained within an office environment desirabl Some experience of aircraft components highly advantageous Numerate, accurate with good attention to detail Analytical thinker with some experience in producing reports and evaluating data advantageous Good organisational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,999.00-28,484.00 per year
