GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Multi Utility Business Support Manager who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".
As the Multi Utility Business Support Manager your key responsibilities are

  • Management of business data to allow decisions to be made on our performance and processes.
  • Liaising with the Scotland & NW team and wider business to resolve any issues.
  • Management of the Design Team Resources.
  • Management of the Construction Back Office Team.
  • Management and planning of Customer Events / Employee Events.
About you
  • A proven track record in the industry leading Excellence in Customer Service.
  • A full and valid driving license is essential for the position
  • Significant experience and/or qualifications as well as having a working knowledge of current Legislation, Technical Standards & Specifications, Codes of Practice and Recommendations relating to one of the following utilities; Electric and Water Distribution Systems.
  • Experience in the Utility Construction Industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication & IT skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent
