How confident are you behind a camera, producing high-quality, engaging videos that showcase our AV products and solutions? We are looking for an engaging and tech savvy apprentice to support new customers with helpful, human-first onboarding. If you like the idea of guiding our customers through new tech, then this is your moment.
Working as part of our marketing and customer experience team, you will: Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos for product education, marketing, and social media Act as a first point of contact for new customers -- via email, chat, or video. Assist in onboarding new trade accounts and helping prospects understand our offering Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to optimise the customer journey Using a multitude of marketing channels to engage prospect customers
Entry requirements
Minimum of 4 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
Training to be provided
Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The successful candidate will undertake a 20 Month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification. You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.
This is a Level 3 qualification.
