To lead and support Hotel Managers across the group in delivering exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and strong financial results. This role ensures compliance, drives continuous improvement, and plays a key part in business development and brand growth across the portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations
Provide strategic and hands-on support to Hotel Managers to ensure high standards across all sites.
Conduct monthly site visits, performance reviews, and regular audits to track progress and guide improvement.
Ensure consistency with company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
Facilitate clear, timely communication across the business; ensure urgent matters are actioned within 24 hours.
Step in during management gaps or crises when needed.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all hotels operate within legal and regulatory frameworks, including health & safety, HR, fire safety, and GDPR.
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning through CPD and e-learning.
Lead or support investigations into major incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and follow-up.
Business Development
Work with senior leadership to identify and action new revenue streams, local partnerships, and service innovations.
Support each site with rate strategies linked to events and seasonal trends to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Lead digital development--ensuring websites and social media are current, engaging, and on-brand.
Help identify and apply for grants, tenders, and subsidies that benefit staffing, training, or property improvements.
Input into future development and renovation projects through clear, actionable business planning.
Commercial & Systems Oversight
Monitor financial performance via flash reports and quarterly audits; identify and address variances quickly.
Encourage smart purchasing practices and cost-benefit awareness across sites.
Ensure bills and contracts are regularly reviewed for accuracy and value.
Oversee debt management with Managers to ensure outstanding fees are collected promptly.
Submit a rolling 90-day action plan with site-specific goals and KPIs.
Oversee and support the effective use of property management and booking platforms across the group.
Fluent in SiteMinder and Opera
, able to train and support hotel teams on system optimisation and troubleshooting.
Ensure systems are regularly updated and data security protocols are upheld.
Health & Risk Preparedness
Lead pandemic and outbreak response planning, maintaining safety, compliance, and business continuity across sites.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in multi-site hotel or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Commercial mindset with experience in financial oversight and business growth.
Fluent in
SiteMinder
and
Opera PMS
, with the ability to support and improve site-level system usage.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
