Adecco are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer, to join our local client on a permanent basis in North Ayrshire. Who are a leading manufacturing of products worldwide.
You will have many responsibilities, some will include:
xefxbfxbd Maintain and repair all production and process manufacturing equipment
xefxbfxbd To undertake tasks in line with maintenance requisition requests
xefxbfxbd To conduct PPM (planned preventative maintenance) tasks as required
xefxbfxbd To prioritise workload in liaison with Engineering Manager, to provide the most effective maintenance service possible thus maximising production output
xefxbfxbd Ensure area of responsibility housekeeping is of a high standard
xefxbfxbd Complete engineering projects as assigned by management
xefxbfxbd Actively engage with suppliers to improve service levels and reduce costs
xefxbfxbd Ensure that all Quality Systems are followed
xefxbfxbd Experience of working within a COMAH site a distinct advantage
To be considered you must have the following:
xefxbfxbd Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment
Self-motivated individual with ability to lead by example
xefxbfxbd Good team player but can work on own when required
xefxbfxbd Good timekeeper, flexible & willing to work out with normal hours, if required
xefxbfxbd Knowledge of pneumatic circuits and demonstrable fault finding skills
xefxbfxbd Electrical controls knowledge - plc's, invertors etc
xefxbfxbd Computer literate
xefxbfxbd Flexible and adaptable approach to work to meet business requirements
xefxbfxbd Excellent communication and customer services skills
