Multi-Skilled Labourer

As a well-established construction company in the Windermere area an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and reliable multi skilled labourer to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced labourer with a wide range of construction skills to join our team and be part of exciting projects where your hard work and expertise are valued.

Duties

Assisting tradespeople on-site (carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers etc.) Carrying out general labouring duties including site prep, clean-up, and material handling Performing basic carpentry, plastering, painting, and/or groundwork tasks Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Supporting site managers and contributing to smooth project delivery

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or as a multi-skilled labourer Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team A reliable and conscientious approach to work Full clean UK driving licence (with no bans within the last 10 years) is essential as use of a company van is required. You must be able to prove your eligibility to work in the UK

Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 4:30pm

A valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
