Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting, carrying, cutting, mixing, setting out, laying slabs, and moving heavy materials as required. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly, installation, or maintenance of gardens. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specification. Report any issues or concerns to supervisor promptly. Good time keeping and reliability.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a skilled labour role is preferred and is essential. Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
