LastMile Telecommunication UK is a leading provider of telecommunications solutions.

We currently seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Middleton, Manchester. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in client service, administration, and safety. The ideal candidate will manage technical operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Submit accurate daily reports, including site setup and work progress. Ensure correct labelling of fibre boxes and other elements Provide regular photo updates to the Project Manager for client reporting. Cabling underground, installation of overhead cable and test and roping. Oversee the maintenance of vehicles and tools Ensure strict compliance with health and safety requirements, including the use of GDU's and site setup checks. Ensure vehicle health and safety files contain all relevant documents for smooth work commencement. Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and vehicles.

Required Accreditations:

IPAF SA001 S008 K008 SA006 SA007 First aid Unit 1 NRSWA UK Drivers License Lvl 2 Medium Confined Space Experience in fibre installation and project work Knowledge of Openreach standards and specifications Excellent attention to detail in administrative tasks High-level understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently
