Multiskilled Tradesperson

We're growing! Due to continued expansion and new contract wins, we are looking for a dedicated Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our brilliant team and support works across the Greenview Group.

The Role

As a Multiskilled Tradesperson, you'll play a key role in delivering building fabric maintenance and small projects, including:

Minor plumbing repairs Carpentry and joinery tasks Tiling repairs Painting, decorating, and patch repairs General maintenance work across various sites
You'll work closely with clients and our internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, professional conduct, and accurate documentation of work carried out.

Key Responsibilities

Complete a range of fabric and general maintenance tasks on time and to high standards

Record all work activities, inspection logs, remedial actions, and updates via mobile systems

Communicate effectively with clients and office staff regarding progress and requirements

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company procedures

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every site

Support colleagues as needed and demonstrate flexibility across a wide range of tasks

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience:

A background in facilities management, social housing, or building services

Time-served experience or relevant qualifications in a core trade (e.g., plumbing, joinery, decorating)

Strong multitasking skills and experience across different building maintenance disciplines

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Comfortable using IT systems to log work and update progress

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, well-organised, and customer-focused

Health & safety awareness

Full UK Driving Licence
