If you're experienced in theses trades. we look for trades, that can build an Extension or New Build from groundworks to completion, or as many trades as possible will be considered.

Groundworks

- Excavate foundations, drainage, oversites, concreting, block & brickwork, driveways, etc

Wet

trades

, Bricklaying, stonework, blockwork, Patios, Steps, etc

Plastering

, Skimming, rendering colour systems, sand & cement, Lime rendering & plastering,

Carpentry

, First & second fix- Includes - stud work, floor joists, manufacturer & cut trusses, fitting kitchens, stairs, skirtings & architraves - etc

Roofing

- felt & battening, slating, tiling, leadwork, fascias boards & soffits, fitting Velux windows, etc

Finishers

on all trades (happy to do the snagging list!)

Steel frame buildings

- Concreting, shuttering, erecting frames, making good to frames, steel stud, cladding, white walling (insulating), hygienic cladding

All work must be to a high standard,

All work is located within an hour of our unit.

Self-employed

32,000.00 - 45,000.00 per year

16.00 Per hour up to 22.5 Per hour. - we can offer more after a 4 weeks trial, subject to your trial period.

After 3 months, if you have proved yourself as capable and reliable, we can also provide a van and fuel card. To the right candidate.

We are looking for experienced, multi-skilled tradespeople to work on our projects on a self-employed or employed. We work mainly for private, residential clients. Our work includes. Extensions, Renovations, Loft conversions, Cellar conversions, New Builds, Barn conversions. A lot of general building and maintenance work.

We have plenty of work and are looking for people we can get to know and work with long-term!

Qualifications

NVQ in Construction- Advantage CSCS card - Advantage Proficiency in using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
