We predominantly work in void properties throughout the North East and extend/refurbish occupied private dwellings.
You will be joining a team of individuals who understand what it takes to get the job done, therefore a positive attitude and approach is essential.
The candidate must be trustworthy, have good attitude, be able to follow simple instruction, be physically fit, open minded, have good communication skills and be prepared to expand on their knowledge base. They must also be able to work as part of a team or as a lone worker, where necessary.
40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per annum pay will be dependant on the applicants experience and capability.
A full UK driving license, with a maximum of 3 penalty points, is essential.
Company vehicle provided.
