Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, including roofing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, plumbing, masonry, and metal fabrication. This role requires a hands-on individual who is proficient in using both hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Carry out roofing repairs and installations with precision and care. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, and finishing work. Execute painting projects with attention to detail for both interior and exterior surfaces. Conduct electrical installations and repairs in compliance with safety regulations. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various fabrication tasks. Plumb fixtures and systems as required, ensuring all work meets industry standards. Undertake masonry work such as bricklaying and stonework for construction projects. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion within deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as roofing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, plumbing, masonry, or metal fabrication. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical fitness as the role may involve lifting heavy materials and working in various conditions. Valid driver's licence is preferred but not essential.
