The Role
We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable
Multi-Sports Coaches
to deliver engaging PE lessons, lunchtime activities, and after-school clubs in primary and secondary schools. The ideal candidate will have strong coaching experience across a variety of sports and the ability to create fun, safe, and structured sessions that inspire children to be active and confident.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality sports sessions across a range of activities (e.g. football, athletics, dodgeball, basketball, netball, gymnastics, and more).
Lead PE lessons, lunchtime clubs, and after-school sessions in line with school expectations.
Adapt sessions to suit different ages and abilities, ensuring every child is included and engaged.
Promote teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of physical activity.
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, behaviour management, and professionalism.
Build positive relationships with school staff, pupils, and parents.
Requirements
Minimum
Level 2 qualification in Sports Coaching, PE, or equivalent
(Level 1 or relevant experience considered).
Experience delivering multi-sports or PE sessions within schools or youth settings.
Confident in managing groups of children and maintaining engagement.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Enhanced
DBS check
(or willingness to obtain one).
Up-to-date
Safeguarding
and
Emergency First Aid
certificates (or willingness to complete).
