Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled tradesmen to join our team, responsible for a variety of construction tasks. Ideally the candidate will possess 10 plus years of experience and a strong background in multiple trades and demonstrate proficiency in both manual and technical skills.

COMPETENT LEVEL OF SKILL REQUIRED IN AS MANY OF THE BELOW AS POSSIBLE

Bathroom fitting and repairs Kitchen fitting and repairs Loft conversions Extensions Tiling - interior and exterior Roofing - tiles, slates, felt, grp, rubber, fascias/soffits, guttering, flashing, etc Electrical - all first and second fix work domestically Plumbing and drainage - all first and second fix work domestically Carpentry - roof structures, partitions, fire doors, etc Flooring - lvt, laminate, engineered floor, etc Dry lining Plastering Screeding Ground works and drainage Block laying Rendering Painting and decorating

Qualifications

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the construction industry. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively. A valid driver's licence will be required due to job location and responsibilities changing.
