FMServ is a leading provider of mobile technical services and facilities management solutions based in Warwickshire and serving clients across the UK. Established in 2018 we provide a 'one stop shop' for all commercial and residential property development and reactive maintenance.

FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works.

Due to continual year on year growth, as of 2024 we employ over 75 employees across the UK and are expanding.

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Specialist with a focus on rendering, roofing and carpentry works to join our national facilities management company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in roofing and general property maintenance for both commercial and domestic properties across the UK.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of k-rendering, brick work, roofing and basic carpentry tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Conduct general property maintenance and reactive repairs for commercial and residential properties.

Carry out rendering, roughcasting, and plastering work as needed.

Undertake light grounds work and outdoor maintenance tasks.

Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions using analytical skills.

Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service in all projects.

Conduct property MOTs and void works as required.

Perform heavy lifting when necessary.

Qualifications:

Ideally you will have an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or equivalent qualification

At least 5 years of trade experience, with a focus on roofing

Proficiency in multiple trades, particularly those related to outdoor work is a must

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent customer service skills

Valid clean UK driving license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
