We are seeking an experienced
Plumber/ Multi Trader
to join a social housing maintenance team. The successful candidate will carry out a range ofPlumbing repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade works
in occupied and void propertiesDuties will include:
Carry out aspects of plumbing repairs and installations. Multi-trade works such as tiling, patch plastering, and basic plumbing. Deliver responsive and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties
Requirements
Experience in social housing or maintenance. Skilled in basic multi-trade tasks (tiling, plastering, painting, plumbing). Clean DBS Full UK Driving Licence.
