We are looking for a skilled and proactive
Remedial Technician
to join our team. In this role, you will handle post-installation remedial works to ensure our customers enjoy flawless bathrooms. You'll address minor defects, carry out necessary adjustments, and resolve any issues reported by customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and assess completed bathroom installations for any defects or necessary adjustments.
Carry out minor repairs, including plumbing, tiling, grouting, sealant application, and carpentry work.
Respond promptly to customer concerns, providing a professional and courteous service.
Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace in customers' homes.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Document remedial work completed and provide feedback for quality improvement.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in bathroom fitting, maintenance, or a similar trade role.
Proficiency in plumbing, tiling, grouting, and basic carpentry.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience working in customer-facing roles.
Knowledge of modern bathroom design trends and materials.
Certification in plumbing or related trades.
