Multi skilled trades person- Ipswich and surrounding area.
We are looking for a
skilled and reliable Multi-Trades Person
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
carpentry and structural steel installation
, with additional skills in other trades being highly advantageous.
This role is initially offered on a
self-employed basis
, with the opportunity to discuss a permanent employed position following a successful probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
Carpentry work including first and second fix
Structural steel installation and associated works
General building and refurbishment tasks
Working independently and as part of a team
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
carpentry
Experience with
structural steel installations
Ability to read and work from drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
Good work ethic and attention to detail
Own tools and transport
Valid CSCS card (preferred)
Desirable Skills (Advantageous)
Plumbing
Plastering
Groundworks
General multi-trade experience
