As the Multi trader, Handyman for Philbys Ltd, your responsibilities will include

basic bathroom repairs

,

carpentry repairs

,

bathroom installation repairs

, and a variety of

general handyman tasks

. This can involve fixing minor plumbing issues, repairing fixtures and fittings, carrying out small carpentry jobs, and handling everyday maintenance work to help keep properties in excellent condition.

We are looking for an experienced plumber to carry out planned and reactive maintenance jobs in different boroughs across London. Jobs range from installing a kitchen tap, to replacing a bath, changing a roof to installing a new kitchen. The chosen engineer needs to have a high work ethic, be looking to grow with our company and also be well presented.

Job Duties:

- Up to 8 reactive jobs a day.

- Logging and reporting back to us on service m8.

- Using initiative to solve maintenance tasks.

- Ensuring a no call back policy is adhered to.
