Multi trader required to join our team in West London operating predominately in Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. We are currently seeking an experienced handyman to join our skilled property maintenance team covering high end residential and commercial key customers in our local area.

Responsibilities and Duties
The successful applicant will be performing works in residential and commercial settings and will be experienced, customer focused and have an eye for detail.
oPerforming a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plastering, tiling.
oCarrying out plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and installing new fixtures.
oResponding to reactive maintenance requests and completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
oDiagnosing and resolving faults in a timely and efficient manner.
oEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.oMaintaining accurate records of all work carried out.
oProviding excellent customer service and representing Ethos Facilities in a professional manner.
There is also a call out rota with within the local area with a good overtime rate, additional investment in training for further qualifications is also available.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Fabric Engineer.
A strong background in fabric maintenance with a variety of skills
Covering Belgravia,Mayfair,Chelsea & Kensington
Multi skilled in general property maintenance and repairs
Trade relevant qualifications
Qualified or time-served in plumbing (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Experience working in a commercial maintenance environment
A full UK driving licence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
