Summary

We are seeking a Multi Trader to join our team at Sanper Construction Ltd. In this role, you will contribute to various construction projects by utilizing your diverse skill set. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting our mission of creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain high standards of workmanship while adhering to safety regulations. Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during construction projects. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades within the construction industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. A valid driver's license may be required.
