We are a leading maintenance company specialising in residential and commercial properties in Kent & London. We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multitrader to join our dynamic team.

As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for performing a variety of trades to assist in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of properties. This role requires a flexible and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on job progress. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience in multiple trades, preferably within the construction or maintenance industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid UK driving license preferred.
