About the Role

We're looking for a

Multi Trader / Handyman

to join our growing team, supporting our external wall insulation and rendering projects.
This is a practical, site-based role focused on

enabling works

, ensuring properties are fully prepared for our rendering teams to carry out installations smoothly and safely.

You'll be involved in a variety of tasks -- from light plumbing and electrical works to basic carpentry, roofing and general building maintenance. We're looking for someone who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

enabling works

on residential and commercial properties ahead of EWI & rendering installations Complete a range of general building and maintenance tasks, including: Basic plumbing (taps, downpipes, exterior water feeds, etc.) Basic electrical work (removing/reinstating lights, sockets, cables, etc.) Carpentry (fascias, soffits, timber trims, boxing in, etc.) Roofing and guttering adjustments as required Make good areas ready for rendering teams (remove fixtures, prep walls, small patch repairs, etc.) Work independently or as part of a small team to meet deadlines Communicate with site supervisors and office staff to ensure works are completed efficiently Maintain company tools, van and equipment in good condition Follow company health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience as a

Multi Trader / Handyman

or similar role Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and roofing works Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence (essential) Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and project requirements

Desirable

Experience in plastering or rendering (not essential) CSCS card or other trade qualifications Previous experience on EWI or external refurbishment projects
