To deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient general maintenance, damp & mould remediation, and property improvement works across social housing properties in Essex. The Multi-Trader will ensure all works are completed to an exceptional standard, maintaining tenant safety, trust, and satisfaction while supporting the company's commitment to Awaab's Law and the prevention of damp and mould hazards.

Damp & mould remediation

Plastering and patch repairs
to affected areas.
Decorating
(preparation, painting, and finishing).
Demonstrates understanding of moisture control, ventilation, and condensation prevention principles.

4. Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
Proven experience as a multi-trader, maintenance operative, or similar role.
Competent in damp and mould remediation methods.
Experience installing extraction fans and general maintenance repairs.
Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, plastering, and decorating.
Full UK driving licence & own van
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
Previous experience in the
social housing sector

Understanding of

Valid CSCS card or other relevant trade certifications.
