Summary

We are seeking a Multi Trader to join our team at Sanper Construction Ltd. In this role, you will contribute to various construction projects by utilizing your diverse skill set. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting our mission of creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

General site tidy and maintenance Track tools and equipment onsite Ensure Tools/ plant on hire is used appropriately and returned back when not in use Maintain basic general H&S onsite (cable management/ tasking lighting/ tower erection checks etc) Heras fence panel checks General tidy to public areas Checking materials being delivered to site General basic carpentry Boarding up windows/ making good Basic demolition activitie Loading out materials Making good to walls ceilings etc.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades within the construction industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. A valid driver's license may be required.
