Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team (employed or self-employed) to work on a number of projects in Northampton, Coventry and Leicester. The role would best suit somebody with experience in fitting kitchens and bathrooms as most jobs will require elements of carpentry, plumbing and wall finishing.

Duties

Installation of replacement kitchen units and worktops Plasterboard repairs and patch plastering Shower enclosure installation Floor and wall tiling Shower paneling Installation of sinks and cold water appliances Repair and replacement of toilets, baths and basins Tap replacement Painting & decorating incl. preparing and priming surfaces Basic carpentry incl. door hanging & installation of skirting boards Basic general building works incl. repointing, fencing, self levelling PVC window repairs

Plumbing Carpentry Decorating Experienced in the use of a range of hand held power tools Proficient in the use of non motorized hand held tools Solution focused and calm under pressure Methodical with attention to detail Good verbal communicator Positive and friendly disposition
The successful candidate will be provided with a company credit card, workwear and company vehicle or reimbursement of business mileage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
