Job Summary

We are seeking an all round multi tradesperson with a workable knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and tiling to join our property maintenance company based in Aston Birmingham. Full qualifications not necessary but it is essential the right candidate is adept in maintenance skills. Full driving licence would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Grounds maintenance Office refurbishment Tiling Carry out plumbing work, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and fittings. Undertake carpentry tasks such as door and frame repairs as well as repair or replace locks and door closers Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks. Roof maintenance Carry out painting duties to enhance the appearance of structures and surfaces. Perform masonry work including bricklaying and stonework as required. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.

Experience

Proven experience in multiple trades such as Carpentry, plumbing and tiling Familiarity with hand tools and power tools relevant to various trades is required. Ability to follow instruction Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. A proactive approach to learning new skills and techniques within the trades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
