GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a

Multi Utility Construction Co-ordinator

who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".

As the Multi Utility Construction Co-ordinator your key responsibilities are

Accountable for all mains work requests being logged onto the system, planned, booked and expedited in a timely and efficient manner in line with operational requirements. Raising of all the required job packs either electronically or manually depending on the works and systems in use. Variations to the developer, tracking of these and ensuring receipt of payments. Receiving and logging all Customer Queries both positive and negative. Liaising with the MU team and wider business to resolve any issues.

About you

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent. Ability to work on own or within a team. Ability to prioritise their own workload and have strong attention to detail.
