The role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Multi-Utility Co-ordinator to manage and co-ordinate the installation and maintenance of utility services, including electricity, gas, water, across various sites, projects and term maintenance contracts. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and efficient communication between clients, utility providers, and internal teams

Who we are looking for

:


Experience in utility coordination, construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of electricity, gas, water, and telecom processes and regulations- NERS / ICP Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NRSWA, SMSTS, HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Utility Management). Experience working with developers, councils, or main contractors. Knowledge of CAD or utility mapping software.

What your role will include

:


Co-ordinate the installation, disconnection, and diversion of multiple utilities on new development and construction sites. Liaise with utility companies, local authorities, contractors, and clients to ensure timely progress and compliance with regulations. Manage utility applications, design approvals, and permit processes. Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and utility records. Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or conflicts as necessary. Review and interpret utility drawings, plans, and specifications. Provide regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients. Support and help the MU manager to resolve technical and logistical issues with utility providers and contractors.
