MULTI-CHANNEL MARKETER ASSISTANT APPRENTICE

Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Role Overview

: We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & IT Apprentice to join our team. You will be primarily focused on marketing, helping us grow our social media presence, run campaigns, and connect with our customers -- while also assisting with website and IT management tasks. This is a hands-on role offering creative freedom, the chance to run marketing campaigns from scratch, and exposure to all aspects of running an e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

: Marketing:

Manage and schedule social media posts for Facebook and Instagram using Canva, CapCut, Breakout Clips, AI tools, and our photo library.

Engage with followers and respond to comments on social media.

Run ad campaigns where relevant.

Help create email newsletters and other marketing content.

Occasionally attend expos as a brand ambassador (optional).

IT & Website:

Manage and update our Shopify website, including adding new products, updating images, checking links, and maintaining apps.

Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and website tasks.

Customer Service:

Answer customer emails and phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.

Skills & Qualities:

Some experience with IT and online platforms.

Social media savvy and creative, with a willingness to learn new tools (including AI).

Flexible, friendly, and a team player.

Enjoys outdoor pursuits or running (aligned with our brand).

Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 8.60-12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
