1. Media/Marketing Responsibilities
Daily responsibility for pro-active media channel output such as LinkedIn / X accounts
Daily responsibility for design and upkeep of FDQ digital, websites, news feeds and external branded communications including video production and posting
Preparing copy and content for posting and distribution across FDQ platforms
Supporting events & business development activities digitally, in person and via webinar coordination
Implement continuously evolving features on social media/website to ensure future development
Meet KPIs of activity, performance and interactivity of social media/website output
Producing newsletters and e-shots for training providers, employers, apprentices
Lead contributor to the continuous improvement and optimization of the FDQ website
Analysing multi-media traffic & data through FDQ channels and presentation of results periodically and on request
2. Other Duties
Lead on FDQ brand in terms of design, profile, standardisation and promotion
Contributing to effective business/qualification development and engagement through media output
Support FDQs media and marketing campaigns generating copy and maximizing exposure
Providing support across the business generating high quality verbal and written communication via emails, telephone, social media, newsletters and web
Investigate and implement utilisation of AI and how it can improve systems and media related processes
Supporting the day-to-day business development function with a range of duties including correspondence with clients, supporting campaigns and producing content/materials
Responding to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
Other administrative, media and/or operational duties as required by FDQ & FTC group colleagues
3. Qualifications & experience
Previous experience and role within multimedia/marketing sector
Preferable experience of website maintenance and application (WIX etc)
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office & Survey Monkey / Canva applications
Accuracy, diligence, innovation and dedication qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise.
4. The Terms
Permanent role with the company
Part time - 22.5 hours (30 min lunch) or part-time flexible considered for candidates with suitable experience. Full time- 37.5 hours (30 min/1 hour lunch) option also available.
Circa 20,000 to 24,000pa depending on skills and experience
Annual Leave: 25 days plus statutory bank holidays
9% of salary contribution paid monthly to NEST pension scheme.
Entry to FDQ's annual bonus scheme (based on annual profit threshold)
