Job Description

You will work closely with colleagues from all areas of the business, but particularly technical, sales and marketing, to propose, design and produce high-end engaging content in the most appropriate media to support the efficient operation, growth and digitisation of the business. You will formulate and own systems and processes that support Brett Martin Daylight Systems in only ever providing products that work, advice you can trust and promises we keep.

About The Role



Design and production of attention-grabbing, highly engaging graphic, textural and animated collateral for print, download, web and social media, including + technical and marketing literature
+ production, assembly, installation and training content
+ photography, video and animation
+ banners, buttons, icons and infographics
+ emails, brochures, flyers, letters, document templates, signage, charts, reports & presentations and any other collateral as required
Manage and support various design projects from beginning to end Identifying, planning and creating photographic and video content including site case studies, how-to-videos, product walk throughs, announcements, interviews and animations Work with the marketing department to maintain and develop the corporate website, and with specific partners to develop third party websites Maintain brand style and consistency throughout work

Develop and follow systems and processes for controlling the life cycle of all multimedia content including identification of need, prioritisation, choice of media, production, approval, publication and discontinuation

Required Criteria



Graphic design or digital design degree or equivalent. Ability to understand and interpret design briefs. Experience of producing, shooting and editing photos and video content Proficient at using major editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud including, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects, or the Affinity suite
