The Role

As a

Multi-Skilled Yard Operative

, you will be responsible for the

refurbishment, modification and finishing

of our modular and portable buildings, both internally and externally.

Typical tasks include:

Painting and decorating Plumbing and basic electrical work Joinery and carpentry Roofing and flooring installation General maintenance and cleaning Supporting yard operations as required
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a

general building refurbishment background

or a trade skill set who takes pride in their workmanship.

What We're Looking For

Experience in general building maintenance or refurbishment (minimum 1 year preferred) Background in a trade such as carpentry, plumbing, electrics, or similar Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Full UK Driving Licence (required)
