Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills across various trades, enabling them to perform a variety of tasks in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Carry out general maintenance and repair work across multiple trades including painting&decorating , plastering , drywall, carpentry, bricklaying, masonry, rendering ect. Use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely to complete tasks. Perform installations, repairs, and refurbishments as required. Conduct assessments of work areas to identify necessary repairs or improvements. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress. Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades including but not limited to carpentry, bricklaying, masonry, roofing. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. A valid driving licence may be required for travel between job sites.
