As a Telecommunications Co-ordinator within Everflow's Connectivity Hub, you'll act as a central point of contact for all telecom-related processes. You'll be responsible for coordinating service requests, supporting internal teams with telecom provisioning related queries, resolving issues with third-party providers, and ensuring seamless communication operations across the business. This is a key operational role that ensures both our infrastructure and customer-facing teams are supported to deliver excellence.





Key Responsibilities:

Monitor internal telecoms provisioning, installations, upgrades, and disconnections and report on performance of each area. Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party telecom providers. Manage and track service orders, support tickets, and escalations to resolution. Maintain accurate telecoms records, inventories, and service documentation. Troubleshoot basic telecoms issues internally before escalating to vendors. Collaborate with IT and other internal departments to ensure systems are aligned and integrated. Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance from telecom partners. Contribute to the improvement of telecom processes and systems within the hub. Support internal training and documentation related to telecoms processes.




Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in telecoms coordination or service management. Strong understanding of business telecoms services (e.g., VoIP, SIP, broadband, mobile). Experience working with telecoms suppliers or vendors. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Clear communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Proficient in using CRM, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office/Excel. Ability to work effectively across departments and resolve issues proactively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.




Desirable:

Experience in the utilities or service provider sector. Familiarity with telecoms compliance and regulatory considerations. Knowledge of number porting, line installation procedures, and broadband troubleshooting.
